Mrs E Cassells

Mrs Cassells is a music and maths specialist and had been teaching almost 20 years. Mrs Cassells is currently leading on rewards and extra-curricular within the Academy and has completed her NPQSL. Last year, Mrs Cassells helped the Academy to improve homework outcomes for maths and science and started to develop the rewards programme. In previous Academies Mrs Cassells has worked on improving behaviour and behaviour systems, has developed trust wide curriculums and led successful departments with positive outcomes each year at GCSE level.
