Pride in Work Rewarded
A celebration of fantastic effort and presentation in written work each week by De Lacy Academy students is being marked with a new PROUD Thursday Plaque.
Every Thursday, staff are on the lookout for pupils who demonstrate outstanding dedication and a real pride in their work.
Those who shine will be awarded a special PROUD Thursday sticker. Students who receive a sticker
will be given the opportunity to take a photograph in front of the Academy’s new plaque, celebrating their success and sharing their achievement with pride.
Organised by Emma Cassells, Associate Assistant Principal (AAP) who leads on rewards, and AAP Mason Mapplebeck, the initiative recognises effort, celebrates progress, and encourages every student to take pride in everything they do.
They could not wait to see the incredible work students produce!
